“Called main office- talked with most knowledgeable guy- he had me get SN of our skid steer- asked which tread design- we decided that- said he had this track in Shreveport- could ship today and be to me in 2 days- gave him credit card- price was over daily card limit- told him I would call bank and fix that- I called him back in 20 min- he said- DONE- I have called Shreveport and you are good- 2 days later Southwest calls and delivers tracks- we have them on machine!
