“The tracks are good, but, the trucking company did not deliver for almost a week later than expected and there was no way to get a hold of anyone. I did e mail united tracks in the hopes that you could get a hold of the trucking company, but, I did not get any response”

We would like to apologize for the delay in receiving your tracks. The carrier we used for your order, R&L Carriers, did take about a week longer than we had expected. The delay was caused by mistakes made by the carrier which unfortunately happen on occasion with all carriers. We actively monitor our email, but somehow missed the email you sent us. Had we been aware of the shipping issue, we would have certainly gotten involved and done everything possible to correct the issues you were having with the carrier. We have issued a credit to the card used to purchase your order. Please accept this as our way of apologizing for the delay.
