“Rick helped me with some questions via the chat function and then sent me his cell number as well. I gave him a call a few days later to place the order and it was a pleasant experience. We are right down the road from Rick so he actually offered to help install the tracks when we perform the swap. We have received the tracks but have not installed them. I will certainly reach back out to Rick when we do. The delivery driver (John) from R&L Carriers was super helpful. We actually met on his route and he had someone at one of his other stops load the pallet into the back of my truck for me. This was greatly appreciated.”
