“Did have good service at the dealer BUT the web site still shows all details for site that they closed 4 years ago. Having then tried to help them by pointing this out on their comments site they still do not have any interest as nothing has been head from them.”

“Chris and his team at Universal in Plaistow are a top class outfit who will go out of their way for their customers. Since being recommended this place for an MOT brakes and tyres about ten years ago I have always come back and highly recommend them to everyone I know who needs any thing done on their cars”

“I received courteous and helpful service. The roadside recovery technician, called out to deal with a puncture, advised me that I would require a new tyre. Your employee advised me that it could be repaired saving me approximately £180.”

“Great service in croydon last week. Guys came to my home to change tyre I thought punctured. Discovered sensor not tyre damaged. Sensor replaced next day and cost of tyre refunded. Highly recommend honest and competent team.”

“I had an emergency call out to Green flag for a sudden puncture coming off the M23 my spare was fitted but before I moved off the man strongly advised me to two new tyres the tracking done before travelling home later that day. Fortunately I was going to see my sister and knew I could ask my brother in- law for his advice where to go (I didn't know anywhere in Croydon) and he recommended you, made the phone call and got it all sorted. When we arrived at the Croydon branch in Selsdon Road we were treated with courtesy and good humour AND efficiency, Wow! what a combination. Thank you fella's from two happy old biddy's.”

“Dropped in on-spec with a flat tyre, despite what appeared to be a full forecourt as they have been great in the past. Was seen to immediately by the team at Springfield Road, Chelmsford who had me on my way in next to no time. Very courteous and friendly service too. My thanks to Kelvin and the team. Much appreciated.”

“As a female I feel like I'm talked down to. Joe and the team treated me very well and as an equal. They gave me a choice and chatted to me while I waited. They talked me through what they were doing and why. My daughter recommended them which is why I went. I will definitely use them in future.”

“I was able to get my car service straight away at 9am. Friendly service. The man told me the price before my car was booked in which I found very helpful. Free tea, coffee, hot chocolate were available. Warm waiting area. Customer holier too.”
