“They changed 2 tyres for me after I had been told that all 4 needed changing very urgently! They checked my brakes, again after I had been told that these needed doing urgently. Great service and price. Thanks guys!”

“Sam was brilliant in topping up my water levels in the car after I had been told elsewhere it was a serious problem and I needed to spend hundreds of pounds on it. They did not charge me for doing this either. Great service from them and honest with the diagnosis as always. Thanks!”

“I was recommended to the South Croydon branch of Universal Tyres by a friend and went there this morning with a slow puncture in one of my car's tyres. as a female i have always loathed going to large impersonal garages. i was pleasantly surprised by the service received from the friendly staff and nice waiting area. the tyre was repaired promptly and at a very reasonable price. i will not go to any competitors in the future!”

“My tyre warning light came up on the dash and I went immediately to Staines branch. Super service! Checked all tyres and inflated to correct pressure. No charge, a clean waiting area (not always the case in tyre premises!), a free coffee and great choice of up to date magazines to read during my short wait.”
