“Monday morning was off to a terrible start but Universal tyres were helpful both on the phone and in person. Service wad expected at 1130/12 and they arrived earlier! Excellent and helpful service!”

“Plaistow Branch excellent. Went in to book my car for brakes and an MOT, was thinking a couple of days time but done same day within 4 hours, fantastic. Looks a good job too.”

“I was greeted with a friendly smile and nothing seemed to much trouble, the guy Joe on reception was very polite. Whilst waiting you cannot help but listen to phone calls/conversations etc....Joe treated everyone with upmost respect. If there is an employee of the month award this guy deserves to win it, he is an asset to your company. I visited your Thurrock branch.”

“Had a funny humming sound coming from the front of my car, called into The Dartford Depot a day or 2 before Xmas and Rob and his team were really helpful. The guys went over the car with a fine tooth comb, removed all the wheels and examined them. They ruled out any tyre issue and suggested i visit a local garage as they thought the noise was probably a bearing.( which they obviously dont replace)”

“The Greenwich garage, was very helpful and polite. They gave me loads of different information about my car and advised me that I needed to get breakdown cover for my car. They was also very quick in solving the issues that I experienced. Overall the service which I experienced was quality.”

“The guys at the Greenwich branch were amazing. I spoke to them on the phone a few times whilst booking my car in for both an MOT and service. The fact they wanted to make sure they did the right service so not to overcharge me was an instant winner in my book having had bad experiences with other places in the past. When i arrived on the day everyone i spoke to was friendly, chatty and couldn't be more helpful. The work was done in a very quick time frame and this was the cheapest service i've ever had thanks to their honesty and not doing work that wasn't necessary. Will definitely be a returning customer. So nice to find a local garage full of friendly chaps right on my doorstep.”

“We have four cars in the family and have used Staines branch for years. Kevan and Steve are great chaps - always friendly and helpful whether the job is large or small. The branch can often be busy, which shows its popularity, but they always find time to fit us in. The service is always good and we wouldn't go to any other garage. We recommend Universal to all our friends. Keep up the good work, guys. Thanks!”
