“Joe and the team were brilliant when we went to them when we where 50 miles from home. with a foreign object in our tyre. They could not do enough for us and had us on our way as soon as possible. We would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you again Joe and the team for all your assistance.”

“Joe and team were extremely helpful, had an emergency where the tyre failed, and had 5 month old in car, and 40 miles from home, they came off there break specially to get me out on the road, within 15 mins I was on the road, at a brilliant price, thanks so much to Joe and the other engineers, much appreciated, matt c.”

“I have been coming to this branch for a while now. The men always make me feel welcome and are always willing help / advice with any problems that might arise on either mine or my parents car. They are very reasonable in price and I would recommend them to anyone that needs help/advice with their car.”

“Exceptional service by the South Croydon store. My wife kerbed the car and burst the tyre early morning so I was in need of a quick repair. Called the team whom had what I needed in stock and reserved it for me. Turned up and Rhys came to assist me, whom was very polite and helpful. Took the tyre from the boot whilst I put the car in the bay. It felt like I had only just put my backside onto the seat in reception when Rhys came back in to tell me all done, handing me the wheel locks and keys. Cannot say how much I was impressed with the excellent service and Rhys in particular, keep up the great work and say thanks again to Rhys on my behalf, top man!”

“My new superbike motorcycle tyres. I've been using the same shop in south London for around 30 years for tyres and thought I would phone around for somewhere nearer and check on prices. I found Universal Tyres West Thurrock. Not only were they competitively priced but a guy called Joe was really helpful on the phone. Getting the tyres fitted was a breeze. Wheel the bike in and go into the waiting room for a free tea or coffee while I watched the team put new tyres on my bike. They checked what tyre pressures I wanted, took the stickers off the tyres and gave the initial cautionary advice. I was that impressed, overall, that I have told my friend who will now pay them a visit for his new tyres.”

“Just a quick job on my Peugeot 508sw-OV13MRX this afternOon Friday 7th April in replacing a broken tyre valve, at a very busy time in the Staines branch (The phone never stops, great patience shown by the guy on reception, I would have smashed it with a hammer after the 7th call, and enjoyed every moment doing it) but I would like to feedback and say what a great team and good advice given by the two young lads who did the job, without making you feel like a complete idiot. I would highly recommend this team/branch to anyone and I will do. Chris Johnson Stanwell Genuinely good service at a good proice”

“Every year I take my car to Universal Tyres in Hadleigh Road, Ipswich for MOT & Service. I'm always very pleased and impressed. The staff are always friendly and eager to help in any way they can to make my visit a happy one. They are a credit to your company and deserve a pat on the back. A really nice bunch of guys.”

“The Universal Tyre centre in Thurrock went above and beyond to get our new exhaust fixed. Andy and his team are a credit to your company but you need to look at changing your parts suppliers as they are the ones that let you down. We had to wait 2 days for a new exhaust as the first exhaust was wrong and that was no fault of the team but it was your supplier. As we were going away on the same day Andy called round to some other mechanical companies that may have been able to help but they were dearer so Andy got our car mobile so we could go away and he said that when I got back the exhaust would be fitted which it was. Great customer service but your supplier has much to be desired. P.S I wasn't the only customer who had problems with parts another customer had been waiting 3 days for a new clutch for his transit van.....not good.”

“had to call out universal to change a tyre on our lorry which had burst! within an hour Carl arrived to help..within 40 mins we were on our way thanks to Carl's speed and enthusiasm a real credit to universal tyres...thanks again Carl.”
