“Nick and the other staff at Plaistow are welcoming, efficient, try to save you from unnecessary expense, listen, give good advice and are in every sense professional. I left with two new tyres and a feeling of safety, confidence and good value. It's good knowing the Plaistow depot is there – as I have done for 30+ years.”

“When moving to a new area, it's hard to find a garage to trust. Joe and his team at Thurrock run a highly efficient and professional operation. The team are very polite and patient to assist with all manner of queries, and the garage is great value for money too! Thanks for all your help this past year.”

“The whole experience from calling the ipswich dunlop road tyre centre through to having my car tyres sorted by max and his team was simply outstanding.I had searched the web for somewhere to have my tyres done, then i remembered visiting max's place not so long ago to have my car wheel nuts sorted and the excellent no fuss service i had then.SORTED.I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.”

“Ive had tyres and brakes fitted at Universal Thurrock by joe and his team and found them to be friendly, attentive , professional and reliable . It was a pleasurable experience and I am arranging for my car service to be done after Christmas. I have only moved to this area a few months ago after using another repair garage for many years and relieved to find locally a company that carry out a good job at reasonable prices. I highly recommend Joe and all his team too any future customers. Well done Thurrock team.”
