“I rang a few different tyre centres to price four new tyres for my XF Jaguar. Only Universal at Rettendon advised me that there was a special '' J'' (Jaguar) rated tyre for my vehicle and the price was competitive. The fitters and staff generally were excellent giving advice on tyre pressure settings. tyre rotation etc. and they were very professional. Would definitely recommend them.”

“Absolutely fantastic service. Had a puncture today and called Joe the manager at Thurrock and have to say was so happy with the service. He sent a really friendly guy out that sorted my tyre out within about 15 mins. which as I had my daughter and niece with me was just great. Thank you”

“Brilliant service! Couldn't have been happier with the help and good advice I received. The tire change was quick and efficient, and the team showed me the faults in my existing tires and explained what had caused them. Will definitely return in the future!”

“Service from Terry and his crew at the Greenwich branch of Universal is firstclass. Replaced my damaged tyre without any problems. Making us feel very welcome with a nice cup of coffee. I took noticed that they also do brakes, MOT and exhausts. I shall be back. Norman Durham”

“Drove in with my friend as she had a flat tyre, after about 10 mins, I was approached by Joe who informed me I had a bald tyre! Joe was very helpful and I got my new tire super quick. Joe was very friendly and helpful as were all the staff. Would recommend ????”

“Thurrock autocentre were extremely helpfull.I was booked in by Joe and he met us as we pulled in.Offered coffee whilst Jack the fitter changed our tyre and explained the difference from a van tyre to a camping motorhome tyre .Told to call back to re check the nuts .To have someone take some time on the customer was most welcome.”

“Universal Thurrock branch very very good, took my car in without an appointment as my engine warning light came on while driving into work, they sorted the problem for me that day. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. When I went to pick the car up Joe the manager stayed back so it was convenient for me to collect and took the time to show me the parts they had replaced, and where on the engine that where. All good round friendly customer service and would recommend them to friends and family.”
