“I can't believe how nice the workers at Universal Tyres in Greenwich were. They were very genuine and accommodating. I've had bad luck with garages in the past but this company are by far the best and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.”

“I had my car serviced today at the black wall garage and the mechanics phoned me quite quickly to let me know there was a few issues with it they were very thorough in dealing with it and when I came to collect my vehicle they explained in detail what it needed they even showed me the underneath of the car all in all excellent service and l am definitely going to use them again”

“Fantastic service yet again from Joe and Andy at universal Thurrock. Sorted out the part and then the tricky fitting. Honest and professional advice as always. I won't let anyone touch my car other than these guys. Andy even stayed past closing time to wait for the car to be dropped off. Above and beyond service!! Best garage in Essex. Thanks again guys.”

“They were brilliant. I was travelling with my Mum from Hampshire to Norfolk for a family gathering and my tyre pressure warning light came on. Having had a puncture a week ago I panicked slightly. Universal in Chelmsford were recommended by a friend so I popped in. They very quickly checked the tyres & just found the pressures were a little haywire so sorted them out & sent us on our way without charge.”
