“Universal Plaistow: great service, enquired online about MOT and got appointment booked in minutes+fees confirmed (quite cheap). MOT done in 40 minutes and they even repair my spare punctured tyre for just few quids. Would definitely go back. Highly reccommended.”

“I always try go to Universal Tyres in Greenwich. I find them helpful and pleasant guys. Having to change a tyre or repair a puncture is one of my least favourite things to do, but Universal in Greenwich always make it a good one. I walk in there annoyed at having to spend money on tyres and I walk out with a smile. Its a quick easy experience and I know that they have found me the best deal possible.”

“I noticed on my way to Staines that an Warning came up on my Car stating check Tyre Pressures. When Checked my Rear O/Side Tyre was only reading just over 20 psi. I then Visited Universal Tyres & as soon as the wheel was removed discovered that an 2in screw was embedded into it. Tyre was repaired within a matter of minutes & i was on my way home again.Very Pleased with the Service Thank You.”

“I always use the Staines branch as whenever you go in there they give you an honest appraisal of your tyres and if they do not need to be replaced yet, they tell you. This is why I use the Staines branch rather than my local tyre centre. Honesty is everything! Well done guys”

“The service was great, they repaired my motorbike tyre puncture in less than 30mins and after quoting for a possible new tyre so saved over £100, waiting room was nice, coffee and toilet very welcome. Even during my short stay I saw other customers being quickly and honestly helped. Definitely turned a bad day in to a good one”
