“It took three attempts to put a motorcycle tyre on in the correct place and with the correct rotation on a ,spoke wheel, they were totally unaware that the red dots had to be either side of the valve on a Metzler tyre and when they corrected that it had the wrong rotation. What's more they seemed to think it amusing, not for me as I do not live local. I have been a customer for over twenty years, not sure about staying one.”

“Went to Universal Tyres in Dartford with problematic tyres, Was seen straight away by Peter who diagnosed the problem quickly and then within half an hour had new tyres fitted in. I admired the honesty and team work from all the staff. Will definitely be coming back for MOT and Servicing!”

“I always take my car to Universal Tyres in Ipswich because I really appreciate the service and support that I receive from the team there. I normally deal with Max or Charles, who are both great, but the whole team are really helpful. They are always willing to answer my questions and help me to decide about any work that is required and will do everything to complete it at a time that is convenient to me. I am always very happy with the service that I receive. Thank you very much.”

“Gave my make of car and problem. Told it would be a while as there were a few already waiting. NO Problem. 15 mins later an engineer taps on the window and within another 15 minutes I had two new tyres fitted and paid for. I think that the staff at (05)Croydon should be commended for the level of service. The office - 5* - for informing me of the waiting time The engineer - 5* - for explaining what I needed to have done and tyre choices etc. (also pointed out that breaks will need attention very soon) The office - 5*+ - dealing with paperwork. Throughout the visit I was impressed by their smiley & welcoming attitude. And all this on a Monday Morning. (I was so impressed that (too their surprise) I had to go back and tell them the next day) Mik S.”

“The best service ever! very friendly and professional people who aren't interested in ripping you off, but to make sure your tyres are in perfect condition. We have been using this particular franchise for 3.5 years now, and we are absolutely delighted to report that they 1) provide much better service than any KwikFit, 2) have lower prices than any other tyre shop we know, 3) maintain the top quality of their work and do everything reasonably quickly, 4) are genuinely nice people who you want to again and again. Wonderful place! I will be using them going forward, and can recommend them to everyone else. Natalia”

“After getting a puncture in the front wheel of my Renault Master and not being able to remove the spare wheel from it's rusted carrier I found myself stranded roadside. I called Universal Tyres and they arrived in good time. They supplied and fitted a new tyre and even secured the rusted carrier to make it safe for me to carry on my journey. Both the guy on the end of the phone and the fitter were both friendly and efficient showing a real concern that I kept myself safe, away from traffic, at all times. From my experience, I highly recommend them.”
