“Terry Pete and Rob at Dartford branch were brilliant! They worked on my Harley at last minute notice as I am going away tomorrow on the armed forces ride. I was I need of a tyre which only they had, they spent lots of time and took real care of my bike! Will be recommending them to my friends! Great place for bikes! Thanks again Julia Stevenson Founder of the ride of respect.”

“The best tyre service I've ever had. I had a nail in my bike's rear tyre on the morning before a track day at Brands Hatch. The lads at Greenwich had the right size tyre in stock (a rarity for motorcycles) and had it fitted and ready to go in 30 minutes. Very competitive price too. Absolutely fantastic service and company.”

“Had a puncture on A3 , my car has no spare , but one of those repair kits , called Croydon branch at 3.00pm to see if they could help. Chris was courteous and helpful ( not usually the norm with most call out services) . Sorted tyre, credit card details , got a call from their fitter ( Billy) 15 minutes later . He arrived at 3.45 . Again polite and couteous , he fitted new tyre on rim , I was on my way 10 mins later . From phone call to back on the road within an hour . Excellent”

“HIGHLY recommend the Dartford branch. After being towed home at midnight by the RAC, was in desperate need of new tyres and someone to come to me ASAP. I am self employed so needed them as soon as possible and because I do a lot of driving as part of my job. I spoke to Rob who went out of his way to help me and sort me out. This was at 9am. Despite there being heavy traffic due to a major accident at Thurrock, Terry turned up at 9.30am and replaced my tyres. Admittedly I could have got the tyres for a bit cheaper, but there was no one else who would've got to me that soon, let alone in 30mins. As a female too, felt reassured these were honest and fair guys. Both incredibly helpful and friendly and a top notch service all round. Rob and Terry did a great job of representing Universal Dartford, will definitely use them again and have recommended them already.”

“Motorbike booked in for puncture repair/or replace. Work completed efficiently, effectively and conscientiously - friendly and helpful and staff . A sense that the person repairing the tyre (Ashley in this case) took pride in his work.”
