“I visited Universal Tyres & Autocentres to get a new tyre for my car to replace my spare, the staff are unbelievably helpful, knowledgable and friendly. I'm very particular when it comes to garages, especially when it comes to my motorbike, as my life is literally in their hands, but I fully trust the Dartford depot, it is clear the team at Dartford are experienced, passionate and professional. I've visited twice so far, and have been served by Rob and Lee, who are commendable members of staff, and are clearly a credit to the team. It is because of these members of staff, and the team in general, that I will be without a doubt returning, for any future work that may arise for either my motorbike or car.”

“Had a blowout near Chelmsford phoned Universal they came out within half an hour friendly polite service, reasonably priced will be using them again. (If I need to !)”

“I visited the Chelmsford branch of Universal and despite a wait, I was attended to and received professional service. The tyre fitter; James was very attentive and took great care whilst repairing a puncture on my C-Class Mercedes”

“Thurrock branch were great! Andy at front desk was friendly, informative and efficient. Called the day before as wanted the exact same tyre match and was told the order can come in the next day. No waiting around. Done then and there and was on our way. Will come again. Happy customer. Thank you”

“Went to universal Croydon with two flat tyres due to nails. Spoke with the guys who stated both could be repaired bearing in mind they were nearly new I was pleased with bill was only £40 and not two new tyres £300 if I had gone to kiwi fit as I had done previously they would not repair them. Only waited 10mins job done in no time no dramas and professional service. Well done universal croydon”
