“Had to go to the Chelmsford branch today. Needed tyres urgently, they had a good selection and mixed prices, they could see me quickly and excellent customer service. Will be returning.”

“I rolled into the Ipswich branch after 5pm yesterday in wicked weather having tried to pump up my tyre twice and all it did was lose pressure. In spite of a power cut that temporarily wiped out all their systems yesterday they got it all sorted out with a smile, made my day!!”

“We had a flat tyre last week on our way to work. The guys came out and were brilliant. Replaced the tyre in the pouring rain and got us on our way so quickly. Thank you so much for looking after us so well.”

“With my car telling me I had low pressure in one of the tyres I went to kwikfit (visiting Ipswich, living in London,so just googled!). They soon told me that they didn't have the tyre and couldn't do anything. Had another google- went round to Universal Tyres- they had a look at the tyre- confirmed there was a screw in the tyre and that we didn't need a new one, but they could repair the puncture for a fraction of the price! Great service- just wish they were my local garage in London!!”
