“My mazda5 coil spring very bad noise making,I take my mazda5 to Universal garage,they check everything,after tell me what problem,and give me good quote,before I go many Garage but quote very high,some of £500 some of£700,but universal Garage charge me only£150,so I'm very shocked,work is excellent and price very good,now after I tell everyone to go universal Garage, very friendly speaking,good price,good work,thanks Universal”

“The mechanism on my window went and I couldn't open or close the window Joe at the Thurrock branch gave great service and had the mechanism replaced within no time Its my 3rd visit to the Thurrock branch in 3 weeks and every time the service has been great”
