“I visited Universal for an MOT and for my air con to be refuelled. The Chelmsford branch are very efficient, professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have been into this branch on two previous occasions and as a female, not knowing anything about vehicles, they helped me both times. (Both occasions I could have easily have been sold something I really didn't need). Because of this I decided to return and give them my business now and in the future because of how honest they were previously. Thank you Chelmsford branch. :)”

“The dartford branch were absolutely excellent. I have a vfr 400 motorcyle which is a bit of a pain to work on for any problem at the best of times and all the staff treated us extremely well and done an amzing job”

“Just got 5 new tyres at Universal Tyres in Greenwich. Fantastic service and friendly people for whom nothing was too much trouble. When my wheels turned out to need special valves they went to huge lengths to get the right ones quickly. Can't praise them highly enough. Many thanks to all.”

“went to the Greenwich branch and the guys have been fantastic. On Saturday i put on the wrong tires on my bike and today they have change it again for me and just charge me the difference on tire cost. Thank you again guys !!!!”

“What I thought was a puncture was a perished valve and James at Chelmsford Universal Tyres fixed it in 5 minutes. He then checked all the tyre pressures having already given me advice as to when I needed to replace my tyres. Excellent service conducted in a friendly and professional manner. All my tyres had come from this Branch and I will certainly be returning for my future purchases.”
