I have a note 10+ that I'm fighting sprint about and I'll be gdamed if i let them take advantage of me. Can you guys sim unlock my phone I just got scammed for 13 bucks Its my own fault. So can you guys?

I have a samsung galaxy s8 that I bought from a guy on Let go app he isnt responding to any of my calls or messages! I tryed to have the phone switched to straight talk and they said the phone was locked. So I had to call at&t they said the owner had to call to have it unlocked. Unfortunately he isnt responding to me now. The phone is an samsung galaxy s8 at&t phone its locked. I have new sims cards for straight talk. Can you break the phone? If so how much?
