Service: 10 out of 10 - These guys that run this site are personable and nice as can be. They answer fast and with good advice and are about as cool as you could ask for.
Selection: 9 out of 10 - The only reason I gave them a 9 is because they don't have a lot of the items in their storefront that I was looking for...but they more than make up for what they don't have. If you ask them if they have something, they will immediately order it for you and that's a level of service you just don't get online anymore! HUGE PROPS!!
Prices: 10 out of 10 - I literally checked dozens of websites to find the best deal even Amazon. Again, you don't get that kind of service online anymore!

“With an earlier hic ups with delivering our purchased products universal nutrition very quickly went about rectifying the problem by putting up clearer directions on their website and due to another issue with the delivery service they changed from this service to ensure delivery of the product on time. The products are as top notch as their service and would recommend it in a heart beat.”
“After finding UN on google I priced them against their biggest competitors and found them to the be the cheapest with regards to the products I was interested in. What also helped was the discounts for buying multiple products and also the points loyalty points earn with each transaction that would save me money in the future.
Once I ordered the products they were at my door within 48 hours which is very fast considering the distance covered and size of the package delivered. I was also given a few freebies which sweetens the deal I must say.
A few (minor) criticisms would be that in recent views of the site they have been out of stock with quite a few things I was interested in, such as flavours, glove sizes or new & popular products. I also sent an email enquiring about a product which was never answered.
Overall the negatives will in no way stop me from buying from the company again as they do the simple things right and I'm happy with how things have gone so far.”
