“This is my first ever reveiw. I have bought previously once before from un nutrition as the prices are fantastic and the products range is excellent. Have spent a fair bit so far but I'm only giving 4 stars and not 5 because of dpd. They are appalling. Got a text saying my parcel was getting delivered next day. So on this occasion waited at home all day and nothing. No delivery. I called them and they told me it was arriving the following day which it did. But delivery method is what I think lets the company down but all in all excellent. Also tiernan gives great advice and has alot of knowledge.”
“Have been using these guys for over a year now as they can't be beat on price and deliver promptly. I also love their points rewards system.
The only problem is that this time the delivery company that they use, DPD, really messed up with my delivery as they didn't call when outside like I had asked - I even left a sign on my front door telling them to call and gave my number as our bell is broken.
When I called them after my "missed" delivery they were very unhelpful and acted as if there was nothing they could do. As I knew I wasn't going to be in the house during the daytime for quite some time I had to pay them £12 to deliver the next day early in the morning. I emailed them trying to raise this issue but they simply did not reply.
Whilst I can't fault UN, I would consider not using them again just to avoid DPD.”
“Firstly, i bought ISO100 protein which i got £10 cheaper than i could find anywhere else, secondly they managed to get it to me in less than 24 hours, even though i placed my order after 1pm, thirdly the P&P was free. AMAZING. I love this company!”
