I have been waiting for my parcel since the 22nd of December. I am calling everyday, the parcel is very urgent. I am stuck at home waiting for the courier for weeks now, this is so frustrating! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are not able to help, they only say "I am sorry" and no one is sorting the issue they all have give excuses! 6 agents hung up on me one after the other, another one placed me on hold and never came back!! The few agents I managed to talk to had no idea what they were doing, it looks they have never been trained! They only waste people's time! Yesterday, after weeks of re-deliveries they messaged saying they tried to deliver but as I was not able to make the payment they will try again tomorrow! They never came and there is no payment to make!! Ridiculous! NEVER AGAIN

The representative in the store located in Cleveland, Ohio, University Circle, Mayfield Road was extremely rude. He hung up the phone 3 times on me and my daughter. We were merely calling to check on a package in which the website stated the package was still at UPS store. We spoke with him on 1/5/2022 at approx. 1pm and he was HORRIBLE. Based on our interaction with him, we will NEVR use UPS again! When I actually called customer service, they were kind and resolved our issue. But the store clerk was ridiculously rude!!! The store telephone number is 216-421-7200. He needs serious training!!!!

I paid extra for a special delivery of stem cells, before 10:30 am ,2 hours late . Don't ever trust the time they state.

package was supposed to be at my house four days ago I paid $20 dollars for overnight shipping but the package has still not arrived. The package they are shipping is my new phone and I have been without a phone for more than a week without any other way of contacting them or call in an emergency. there is no reason why my package should be delayed when we have not had a lick of weather at the shipping site or my home since ordering my phone. I will never ship with this company again.

Critical medicine express shipped from Windsor Ontario to Surrey, B.C. on 22 December, 2021 that was promised by UPS to be delivered by 23 December, 2021 is still hasn’t been delivered by 31 December, 2021. VERY DISAPPOINTED, WILL THINK TWICE USING UPS AGAIN.

0 STARS. O EVEN BETTER -10 STARS Review platforms need to introduce 0 stars so companies like UPS can be rated as such. Words can't explain how terrible they are! Parcel was sent via express delivery guaranteed by 2pm today. Tracking showed scheduled delivery for Wednesday 29th so I arranged for someone to wait in the car outside the delivery address to collect the parcel (business is closed due to holidays so no access). Called UPS 4 times today, first advisor told me it can be delivered anytime until 11:59 pm (really??!!!!!). The next advisor said end of day is 5 pm for businesses so it will get there by then.. I requested a simple address change or a pick up from ANY LOCATION but I wasn't allowed until delivery attempt was made but guess what? NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT! Tracking was then updated with a delay and the new delivery date will be shown soon so I called them again yesterday and they said the parcel definitely arrive on Friday. I call again today and they say due to it being New Years eve the parcel will definitely arrive by 2 pm. So I had to arrange for someone else to sit and wait in their car for 4 hours today (and pay them by the way), called UPS 6 times only to be told the same thing THE PARCEL WILL DEFINITELY GET THERE BY 2 PM. At 3 PM I called for the final time, and this time was told that they have stopped the deliveries for the day and it will now be delivered on Tuesday... They can shove the parcel up their f**** ass after today! Absolute disgrace of a company!! Will be moving all business accounts from UPS to DHL.

They lied TWO DAYS IN A ROW about our business being closed and therefore, not being able to deliver an important package. I received 2 electronic notices saying the package would not be delivered due to us being closed. They never showed up. The office is lit up like a Christmas tree. It's obvious we're open. They just didn't bother delivering. Getting through to a live person is basically impossible. I can only get through a computer promp menu. FedEx is MILES better. I will ALWAYS use FedEx moving forward. I can't believe how much time I've wasted trying to get a hold of a live human being. It's ridiculous. UPS used to be great and super reliable. Now, they're no better than the US Postal Service.

was meant to be delivered at 12.30. At 12.30 the next day it was still at the depot AFTER being processed.

Poorest courier I’ve ever encountered!!!! It specified that it should be delivered on a specific date and time. I EVEN SKIPPED MY CHORES AND ERRANDS TO WAIT FOR MY PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED!!!! Lousy website as well, so difficult to track and they would require you to sign up to their web in order to place changes in your delivery options. Even I did signed up, it won’t allow me apparently. I waited the whole day, only to find out in the website that they attempted to deliver where in fact, I did not here anyone came knocking at my door. t NEVER AGAIN I’M GOING TO USE THEIR SERVICE…

Lost/Stolen Christmas Package and Terrible Customer Support My husband and I are very disappointed to learn that a Christmas package that we paid to overnight to my father in Utah had been “lost.” We paid $140 to overnight a package to my father in Utah who waited all day for a delivery that didn’t happen. I spoke to a UPS customer representative to reschedule a delivery by phone after tracking updates online showed an invoice number was left to reference our package that had apparently been placed on “Hold for Pickup Request”, which is interesting because, my father confirmed that he was home and that there was no memo nor receipt (not even a single knock at the door) to confirm a delivery attempt was even made by UPS. I periodically checked for tracking updates throughout the day and noticed that the status hasn’t changed since I was instructed to input this non existent invoice number that was required on UPS’s website to try to schedule a delivery before having to call customer support a third time. I called once again to check for any updates since it was nearing the end of day for UPS to supposedly deliver. It was then that my husband and I learned that my father’s package was “Lost” and an investigation for the lost package will take eight business days to investigate. Furthermore, we’ll need to contact the UPS store that shipped our package for future updates on the investigation. This has been very frustrating to say the least. Every UPS representative I have spoken to so far is very unapologetic and unhelpful from the moment I called to ask about a “request for pickup” memo that was NEVER left by the UPS driver. I feel like I just got a complete runaround by every customer service representative, except for one that helped to reschedule an actual delivery attempt – that still never took place. After all of this, I was told that a supervisor will respond by reaching out to us by phone this morning, at 9 AM. It’s been a few hours later and we have yet to hear back from anyone…

Package was supposed to be here yesterday but it's still 2000 miles away today. Somehow think it's going to be another week to get my package that was time sensitive and paid 2 day shipping. It's been 9 and counting. This whole company is incompetent top to bottom.

The Worst Delivery Service in the US. I got two almost similar issues with overnight deliveries. They do not deliver the package on time for the first case and required another delivery address for the second. That was a nightmare to talk to an agent with a blocking robot. When you get an agent, he/she only creates a ticket instead of resolving the problem which was very urgent. UPS doesn't resolve issues on time. BEWARE! I also had many issues with deliveries when I purchase certain items from Amazon.com. They reschedule deliveries on their own without asking me.

My name is Donna Iafelice I must commend the staff at the Edgewater NJ UPS store. Lenzell, Yalithzel , Carolina , Katerin , Sean and Diana . No matter how crowded the store gets they are polite and professional. Always looking to help the customers. The store manager works right along with his staff. I am very happy how the store is ran.

Garbage company from top to bottom. Ordered some COVID rapid tests on the 20th of December to have for the 25th when we were planning on visiting relatives. Kits were being shipped from 200 miles away and we were charged $20 for shipping. They were supposed to arrive within 48 hours as per the company we purchased from. UPS drops the ball and now they aren't arriving until early January. Thanks a lot UPS!

First it takes forever to talk to someone at customer service because of the automated answering machine. Secondly, I know I’m not going to be home tomorrow so I called to have the package held (to save them time and to ensure I get my package tomorrow) but they aren’t allowed until after a delivery attempt is made - ridiculous. No wonder Amazon and FedEx are passing this company.

UPS lost my package 3 weeks ago and its almost as if they are doing everything in their power not to resolve it. Today i was told by the shipper (a large corporate company) that they would take the hit of the cost of the package which was about 100 dollars and just send me another one for free so that neither them or i have to deal with ups claim service anymore. UPS should be embarrased, their "customer service" is a pathetic joke.

Worst experience ever. Package took 14 days to get from UK to Germany. Customer service- what customer service? I made about 15 calls and spoke to one girl in Guatemala who knew the answers to the questions. Another man told me he would get someone in Germany to call me back in 24hrs. That was 6 days ago and I am still waiting. I will never use UPS again. It was cheap for a reason!
