The worst package tracking and delivery time that I have ever experienced. Customers beware.

The package was to be delivered Dec 29 before 2pm. At 1pm I got notice it would arrive before 9pm on that evening. At 8pm I got a notice it was going to arrive evening of January 2. This is an important package after uncles death. 4 days late is unacceptable. Bad business

UPS is a really terrible company with really mean workers!. How do you claim you attempted delivery when you never did?. I was at home for 2days yet you claim you attempted delivery? did you attempt delivery in my dreams? Perishable items were shipped using the overnight option, now it's taking 3 whole days?. Avoid UPS by all means.

You are so un helpful my package was due today and it’s in your warehouse and i won’t receive it till the 27th the shop I bought the gift of said the 22 now I’ve no present for my child

I ordered a costly piece of equipment. UPS left it in a place exposing it to pouring down rain. Had the package been pulled 2 feet closer to the door, it would have been fully protected. Common sense is not so common.

What happened to UPS? They've completely outsourced all of their customer service rep and I am not trying to discriminate, but I cannot understand a single word that most of the customer reps are saying over the phone. UPS customer service used to be great and would be able to help my issue with a single phone call, but the new customer service is absolutely terrible. They do not care about helping you out and now our online business account has been locked out for 24 hours because of UPS's mistake. Do not bother calling the customer service reps as they have absolutely no idea and have no knowledge about a simple thing as online technical assistance. Went from A service to F-

I would have given rating in minus if I had that option. I haven’t seen such irresponsible behaviour towards customers till date. My international parcel arrived in Dublin on 4th Dec and still haven’t delivered to me. Everytime I call customer service I just get a standard response stating it will be delivered soon. UPS customer representative have even lied 2 times on call by assuring that I will receive my parcel on next day but received nothing as of today. When asked for an email id to raise complain or escalate it they simply reply that I can only speak to customer representative and there is a huge back log which they are trying to clear. One of the representatives even told me that as of yesterday my parcel has not even sorted in the warehouse. I seriously wonder that the company is doing from 4th Dec till date. Very horrible experience.

This is a very bad courier company. I wish I reviewed these comments and known that sooner before getting services from them and I regret trusting them. I do not recommend UPS to anyone as you will most likely regret choosing them. They lost my package and no refund for the value of my package. I hope I researched more before buying services from UPS. This is a nightmare. Don't use them or if you do be ready for inconvenience. it's 0 star.

would like to give 0 stars ⁷ 2x said they tried to deliver when door camera showed no one came spoke to them in Philipines someone from depot rang and said delivering it got another pretend delivery In the end I told them they must have stolen my parcel and I was telling police oarcel arrived 30 minures later absolutely apalling company

WORSE COMPANY EVER Is the worse delivery ever. Every time is a problem, or they lose my delivery or they dont ring to delivery and make me lose the date and time. Every time takes ages to receive my delivery. One week from Christmas they LOST my delivery

I never received my package and the proof of delivery is a joke. There is no apartment number or letter. You can't even make out the name on the package. Where is my package?

We own a small business and was waiting on our products two boxes of them which by the way we were notified that they were in our city and we were told that they would be delivered that same day. Well anyway we waited two days and the packages didn’t come and yes we were home waiting and watching as a matter of fact I saw UPS vans going up my street and one parked out in front of my house delivering a package to my neighbour across the street but not any for me. Well I called customer service and he contacted them and they said that it was delayed because of adverse weather conditions and literally the sun was out the roads dry and next to no wind lol and my packages sitting in their warehouse in Mount Pearl about 15 minutes from my house. We will NEVER use their excuse for a delivery service again!! You don’t even deserve half a star Date of experience: December 15, 2023

Package was delivered to wrong house. They even confirmed this with a picture. Got caught up in an endless loop trying to get help. Tried to reach customer support by phone but the automated system told me to file a claim online. When I tried online I got a message stating that more information was needed and I had to call the number that I had just called. Thank goodness Amazon was involved. They have fantastic customer service and immediately sent me a refund.

I've had such a difficult and frustrating time this week trying to get my child's PC that I will NE ER USE UPS AGAIN! ! And I'm discussing this with Best Buy corporation bc they shouldn't use UPS since they have terrible customer service and are highly unreliable for rural towns. I live in a small town with land and animals. My home is down a long drive off the road and we have a gated entry so our animals don't get out. I'm handicapped and do most shopping online bc it's easier for me. I have a large delivery box at my gate for Amazon, FedEx, usps and uos. I usually have no issues and I get deliveries sometimes daily. However, I have lost all faith in ups as a competent delivery company. The driver did not care and that was the issue! I was expecting a package Wednesday DDec.13- never came. Then tracking stated it would arrive before 9pm Thursday Dec. 14. And it needed a signature due to the high cost of the item. I was home all day. Got a notice that they attempted delivery but I wasn't there! Not true. So I called ups and getting a human on the phone requires the patience of a Saint and about 30 min of convincing a robot you need to speak to a person. Once you accomplish that task...then you find yourself waiting for a out 45 minutes either on the phone or choose a call back. Finally you get a human but pray you don't get disconnected bc thirr policy doesn't allow them to call you back! I have done this crappy routine for at least 6 times now! The person told me the driver was there but I had a gate. I said yes I do but if he needs a signature my # is posted there for them to call me and I'll drive right there. Ups said thier drivers do not have work phones and they are not required to use thier personal phones to call the customer for a signature!!!! That's not beneficial to anyone who has a gate for safety or animals. In my opinion no company should use them for large expensive items needing a signature for people in rural areas bc they will not get thier package. So I arranged on my app to move the delivery to a ups access point to be delivered then I coukd safely pick it up. So it should have been there Fri. Dec.15 by 1pm. I contacted them at 1 and the store said the driver comes daily between 11-12 but they didn't have my package!!!!??? I went through the whole ordeal of calling a human at ups. The guy told me they didn't drop it bc I put my request in the night before at 7pm. So it would be .onday.!!!! I demanded a supervisor. Ray got on the phone after I waited 35 min for him. He said he understand my problem and give him a .minute to call dispatch and reroute the driver in my area. He came back and said the driver would bring it to my house before 9pm that day, Friday. This was at 2pm and it was raining. Several issues here. So...the box was on the truck when he went to the ups access point 2 hours ago? But he just didn't leave it? And now he's bringing it to my home in the rain by 9pm but he cannot call me so I need to go sit at the gate until 9pm to get it?! The supervisor quickly realized he put us back in the same boat. So he called dispatch again. He said the driver would drop it at the access point that day by 9pm. So we waited and waited. It's now early Saturday .morning Dec. 16. No package was delivered and tracking now says Mon. Dec.18!!! I will be calling them again. And I'm calling Best Buy. That expensive pc has been rolling around in that truck for 4 days now and will be another 2 before possibly being delivered. I feel like canceling my order with Best Buy and the best thing to do is drive an hour or more to go pi k one up in store. Businesses need to know ups policies. They are not required to call customers to get a signature therefore it causes huge problems and no delivery! I'll never use fed ex again after thos careless nightmare!

What a joke 😠😠😠 Got message for past 2 days saying your parcel will be delivered today 1.30-5.30and nothing so lost 2 day off unpaid £300 on day 3 your parcel will be delivered today again 1.30-3.30 so gone out to see a elderly member of the family at 10 for 30 minutes and at 10.09 got a message attempted delivery failed 🤷‍♂️🤦WTF so I'm guessing I need to take another day off and cost me another £150 hopefully it will come tomorrow well-done one job 👏👏👏

Absolutely awful experience! The Croydon depo delayed the delivery of my parcel for 9 days! A women from Croydon depo phoned me to give me an update and frankly she was useless! telling me the parcel needs re-wrapping! ( lied!), they are short staffed and very busy. She can’t locate my parcel at all and has absolutely no idea when I will receive the parcel! How this is going to help the customer?! Why did you even call me?! I had to phone UPS every single day sometimes twice a day and asked the operators to refer me to the higher managements! The operators were very helpful but the actually depo workers absolutely awful. My parcel arrived finally in its original wrapping so the lady lied about the fact that the parcel needs re-wrapping hence the delayed!!! Terrible experience! Why during Christmas period the depo short staffed?! Why they couldn’t locate the parcel for 9 days? Why the lady called me was so useless? Why such a delay?!

Disappointing Experience with UPS Delivery Service I recently had a highly frustrating experience with UPS delivery service, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. My package was scheduled for delivery on December 7th, and despite being at home the entire day, I received a notification claiming that UPS attempted delivery but no one was home. This couldn't be further from the truth, as there were three people present, and we heard no attempt to ring the doorbell. To make matters worse, I was informed that I now had to go out of my way to collect the package from a UPS point. Upon contacting UPS customer service to address the issue, I encountered a rude representative who seemed more interested in blaming me than resolving the problem. Despite explaining the situation, the representative insisted it was my responsibility to pick up the package. This lack of empathy and customer care was disheartening. What baffles me is that the package, a standard delivery with no signature requirement, could have easily been left on the first attempt. It seems UPS's delivery personnel either didn't make a genuine attempt or failed to communicate properly. Adding to the frustration, today, the 8th of December, when attempting to track my package, there is no available information. The lack of transparency and communication from UPS has left me in the dark about the status of my shipment. In conclusion, my experience with UPS has been nothing short of terrible. From the delivery mishap to the unhelpful customer service, I am left questioning the reliability of UPS as a delivery service. I hope UPS takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to ensure a more efficient and customer-centric experience for others in the future.

On November 30, I received a message that my parcel would be delivered. I stayed at home waiting for the parcel, but the courier was not there. On the 1 st December , I received a message that the courier did not find the address, although the address is correct, I sent a certified invoice for the council tax. I need this package is urgent, so there are warm things for the people who is combat zone .

The customer service team lies to get out of the conversation. They even provided me with fake landline number so I can call the depot myself. It is insane! DO NOT USE THEM! SCAMMERS!
