“i hope this tube lasts more than 40 hr s i got out of the last tube , before its cathode died, but i did notice it was brighter than the others when operating.”

“Either your website or SHOP will not let a payment go through. My fraud alert stopped the first payment and when my bank released the fraud stop, your website/SHOP wouldn't process the payment. I had to use a different card to get it to process.”

“I contacted Upscale to ask the compliance of the Shelter 501 cart. The response was "We don't know." So, I emailed the USA distributor for Shelter with the same question. They sent me a spreadsheet with compliance and other specs for all Shelter carts. Took me about 10 minutes of work. Upscale should have done this instead of just saying we don't know.”
