“So far it's been fine. I'm buying these due to confusion about what was and was not compatible with my amp. I'd indicated in the previous order that I have a Feliks Echo, and was still sent incompatible tubes (I ordered the wrong ones, however, in the chat, it appeared I was being told which ones work with the Echo. In actuality, I was looking at a generic response listing tubes that are recommended generally, but not specifically for my amp.) Hopefully everything is ok now.”

“I left a message a week ago with my email address through your web site asking about these tubes and received no response. Please give my regards to Kevin, I'm a long time customer and bought these BAT VK 150SE monoblocks from you. I've been blowing bias adjustment fuses and think replacing all the power tubes and fuses at the same time might be a good place to start figuring out what is wrong. Thank you, Arthur Stern”
