“Kevin, the cost of Russian tubes is beyond me since now I need 12 EL34's for my system (Prima Luna and Eico) when they need replacement. I hope you are looking at JJ and Psvane for distribution. I don't want to go somewhere else because I can't afford anything from Russia. I'm on a fixed income (retired). Please help us! Thanks Ron Santora”

“There's a problem with the cartridge upgrade page. When asked if any accessories are missing and you click 'No' you instead get the text box asking what accessories are missing. If you click Yes the text box doesn't appear as one might think it would and the question about orginal shipping container disappears.”
