“Shifts are good but they kick you of the app even if is lying. you do not get to defend yourself. If they say that you did something wrong that the finial say . It’s a good app to find quick work but have a backup .”

“Very limited options. Poor communication between the worker/business match. I kept looking for something office, technical or computer -- the majority is restaurant, food service, warehouse work leaving few options for those of us with electromechanical or assembly or technical or computer, or data entry or something like. Very quick to "punish" or strike, very little in the way of positive rewards. No support in trying to reach company, just automatic shut out.”

“Upshift is amazing. There were plenty of opportunities to make 18+ per hour but it is competitive to get into these positions. Once you get in and work your first shift you should talk with the manager and get them to approve you with more shifts. You can stack different positions shifts at the same location and earn overtime! I would work two shifts one day and one the next and two the next and you know what I made great money here. If you want opportunities to work and get paid 18+ hr at different locations then use Upshift.”

“Upshift is awesome. They periodically update the app so it is better quality for the Upshifter to use and see. The online customer service support gets back to you asap the same day or soon on the next day if after hours. I caught Covid and they paused my work until I got better and it didn’t count against me. They reactivated my account before I had even had time to tell them I was better from my bout with Covid. My rating even went up shortly after I had worked my next shift. They were just happy I was back and emailed me to say it. I am a happy Upshifter since day 1 until our parting. Thank for for having me Upshift.”

“Upshift Work LLC can fit your schedule. You don’t have to worry about wasting your gas. You work your shift and you’re paid the next week. The only downside is that they need to create more partnerships with all the sport teams so we can work concerts and so much more. Otherwise, Upshift is quality”
