“It was quite the refreshing experience to be perfectly honest. As long as expectations are realistic and you're not a "latest, greatest" person then UpTradeit is the best and easiest way to upgrade cell phones. I have and will continue to recommend.”

“I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 for my teenager and I am extremely impressed with the service, integrity, and the description was more than accurate. It was stated that the phone had a few scratches on the screen and we had trouble seeing them in various lighting 😁 the phone looks brand new and is working flawlessly. I will definitely use UpTrade again. Thank you for saving me tons of money and making this transaction simple and quick.”

“Great! Everything was great! Needed a new phone but the price of "new" was too high. Searched for refurbished and found a phone here. I found them on other sites too but none matched the exact model I wanted, the price or the condition. UpTrade had exactly what I needed, at the best price and "hands-on" inspected so condition upon arrival was exactly as stated. AND it came with a 30 day renewable warranty! How great is that? Super, super happy! I saved hundreds of bucks shopping here.”

“I received a Samsung s10+ from them. I've had it for a few weeks now and it still works great. The only, and pretty minor, complaint I have is that there were a few more scratches on the display than I expected and they can be seen while the screen is on, but I don't really notice them unless I'm looking for them. I would happily purchase from them again.”
