“Unable to turn off camera sound effect when taking pictures. Was told that this is an international phone and that because it is not a "defect" we are unable to return or exchange without a fee. Would have appreciated this info before purchasing the phone as we would have chosen a different model. Would not buy from UpTrade again due to inability to return or exchange.”

“my iPhone X came very quickly and this phone is my whole life and I was able to get the best quality phone 4 a low cost price :) I have had no issues out of it and I’ve had it for about 2 months ! UPTRADE IS THE PLUG .”
