“Bought an iPhone 7 Plus. First one that was shipped the microphone didn’t function correctly so I contacted customer service and they replaced it. They even paid for expedited shipping for a replacement phone. The replacement phone arrived but the vibrate motor wasn’t working. They paid for the repair and now the phone works perfectly. Customer service was responsive to email communication and helpful in finding solutions to my issues. Would purchase from UpTrade again. Thank you.”

“This is a great company if you are in the market for a used phone. They thoroughly check out every phone they sell to make sure they are are in good working order. They rate their phones ranging from pristine to good condition so you know exactly what you are getting. I ordered an iPhone 8 Plus and I'm very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended!”

“UpTrade provides some of the best customer service (for selling my Iphone) I have ever seen. From the free USPS shipping label they provide, the video of the un boxing, the service is GREAT. They also give you top value the resell. The process does take some time, but with the constant contact, you know you are not being ignored. I would take quality/price over speed.”

“The whole process took far more time than similar services I've used in the past. From start to finish it took 21 days and when I was finally paid it was via an e-check that I had to print and when deposited was subject to a hold because my bank (Wells Fargo) needed to verify its authenticity. The few dollars more that I was paid for my device by using UpTrade v other companies was hardly worth it - never again!”

Hi Mark, We value your feedback as we try and make our process truly transparent for all of our customers. We do have an option that is paid much quicker that you may have missed. You chose the 14 day option which means the check is not provided until 14 days from the time your device is accepted. This provides a higher payment, but we do realize that time is sometimes more valuable than money. This is why we offer a 24 hour turn around payment after passing inspection. Hopefully you will give us another shot in the future with this alternative payment option. We appreciate you testing our our platform nonetheless. Best Wishes.
