Tried to sell my samsung s9 plus and after inspection received a lower quote. Asked to return my phone, after 2 weeks finally got it missing the original box and accessories. I expected everything I sent to be returned. Bad service

The phone works great and the experience was great. When purchasing the phone it said the health of battery was 90 percent health and when we got the phone it was 78. Very disappointed with this but other then that pleased.

I was a very frustrated when I received my order because I paid an extra $60 for my iPhone to be unlocked and when I received my order the iphone was locked and I had a really hard time getting the phone to be unlocked so I could use my previous SIM card on it. The sound is also really quite on this phone but that might just be that way on all older iPhones idk.

I had a few questions about the trade-in process and what my phone might be worth, so I contacted customer service, and Ryan explained how to fill out their form on the website, and offered to adjust the offer for my phone after they received it (the offer was also higher than any others I had gotten from other trade-in service). He answered a few more of my questions in follow up emails, and then he followed through on the offer after they received the phone. Having the same customer service rep follow through the whole process, helpfully explaining everything without me having to explain the situation over and over, was fantastic. The whole process was easy and fast, and I felt very comfortable sending away my phone with their guarantee of sending it back for free if I didn’t like their offer, and their unboxing video after they received it was very nice as well. All around It was a great experience, amazing customer service, great quality service handling the phone, and I got the best offer on my phone as well. I wish customer service was like this for every business I interact with.

First they sent me a phone with massive software issues, a laggy touch screen, and terrible speed. I fixed it myself by restoring the phone using third party software. I made sure to protect against damage with the 90 day warranty. I have been trying to contact them the entire day to ask about their 90 day policy, and have yet to hear a single response. I am extremely disappointed and will make sure to keep others away from this website.
