What a bargain! I got a good-as-new OnePlus 7 Pro for less than $500. Delivered fast, packaged nicely. Great doing business with UpTrade!

I Ordered a refurbished iPhone 7. Charged it over night, set it up in the morning, and within an hour the charge dropped down to 30%. I did everything suggested by Apple experts, but still, the phone would get very hot, lose it's charge and die. I was happy we could buy another one and receive credit from the malfunctioning phone upon returning it. But, before we could even send the first phone back, the second iPhone 7 arrived. It started off functioning slowly, and then it would get very hot, and lose battery life very quickly just like the first phone. So now what? Do I have to buy a 3rd phone and go through this again? All these lovely staff people apparently tested and inspected these phones, but this could not be a thorough inspection. They look good, and seem nice, but there's no way the inspection process involves turning the phone on for half a day, adding apps, and actually using the phone, sending texts, etc. Now what? I did pay for the 90 day warranty on each phone, but do I get my money back?

UpTrade employee NickolasLopez is great very helpful. I had a problem with phone I purchased. He was very helpful and Everytime I emailed him he was very promptly on emailing me back. They gave me a refund and I purchased another phone. I'm waiting on it now. I'm not t worried about this purchase or any other her purchase from them. Because I know if there is a problem it will be worked out and all will be great!! Thank you Mr. Lopez you are the reason I will shop with UpTrade again!!

Excellent and professional service. They bought my iPhone 8 from me and kept me posted on the progress. They sent a link to a video showing the unpacking of my phone when they received it, and about two weeks later, my payment was in my PayPal account. Any questions were answered quickly via email.

Could not be easier. they walk you through every step. I particularly like the unpacking video they send you so it proves that the condition it was in when you sent it is how they received it. They communicate the entire time and they pay promptly with a digital check. I would highly recommend and I will definitely use again!

UpTrade offered the highest offer to buy my iPhone 8. They kept me informed via texts and emails through every step of the process. I really liked the video showing them removing my phone from the shipping box and checking that it turned on. They even emailed me to say that the phone was in the condition I stated it was and reiterated the amount I would be paid for it. I opted to receive a check through email and got that check within two weeks of being receiving the email about payment. This was the first time I had ever sold a phone. Great experience and I highly recommend them.

I just purchased a Galaxy s10 phone, pristine condition, arrived quickly and in great shape, however the phone had network connection issues, contacted Customer Support. I have to say Ryan was amazing! He was extremely helpful with troubleshooting the device, his response time and support went above and beyond normal. I highly recommend UpTrade based on the Support System they have in place to assist customers, oh and they also have some incredible phones for sale at great prices as well!

Due to the recent merger between Sprint and T-Mobile, T-Mobile has been picking and choosing which devices they will allow to work on the combined network, unlocked models included. This issue has recently become known to us, but we assure you that we will make sure we find you a device that will be compatible with your carrier. My experience with Up Trade was really good. They did everything that they promised, the only thing that I would improve on was the communication. A sales associate reached out to answer my questions but he said he fixed my problem with the service and he in fact did not. In addition to that, he never responded to my following emails. Other than that, and all things considered with the virus throwing things off, up trade sent me a good phone for cheap in the exact condition they said. I got the iPhone XR

The phone was in good shape and it came quickly and well packaged. However we had to replace the battery immediately. It was swollen. We are now having issues with it staying charged again and will have to have that fixed as well.

I found this site after returning a defective phone from a different site and having a poor experience with them. I wish I had found UpTrade the first time around. The transaction was smooth and the phone arrived as described. I plan to use the site again in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised at how convenient and efficient this whole process of selling my wifes phone was. At first I was a bit skeptical but after dealing with them, I would definitely recommend.

Not happy with device the device freezes up doesn’t take good pictures very blurry seems that they put cheap parts in the phone

My initial order was for an IPhone but when I received it it had some technical issues. Thankfully I reached out to their customer service team, Ryan was awesome got me a replacement phone sent to me ASAP and the refund process was pretty painless. Will definitely purchase from here again, thanks again Ryan!
