Hi Joe, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The 48 hour time frame is from dispatch, Royal Mail take 48 hours to deliver the item once they receive it into their network. As you ordered after our delivery cut off (2pm) your order was sent the following working day which was the Thursday and delivered on Saturday, we hope this has cleared it up for you and hope you like your jeans thanks!

“returning items is too much of a hassle. The return sheet should be with the item not having to email them and print it off etc.”

Hi, thank you for your review. Return sheets are provided in every order which you can fill out for your return and request either an exchange or a refund. Return shipping labels aren't included in the parcel as we offer an easy online label which you can either print off at home, or have sent to your mobile for printing at the post office, this greatly reduces paper wastage thank you
