“I LOVE this company! They have beautiful products, and the owner, Ali, stands behind them. When the desk I ordered proved too large for my apartment, he swapped it out for me. I have rarely received such outstanding customer service, and I would buy from him again unhesitatingly.”

“We were looking for a non-toxic sofa that was modern and sleek but still affordable. We found the Grace Sofa on Urban Natural and thought it could work well. We ordered it in gray and it looks great in our living room, and has even held up to kids and everyday living.”

“Excellent team! I purchased a bed before obtaining my condo and though the bed was built after purchasing, I still needed a few days as I didn’t close on my condo. I asked if I can have it delivered 2 weeks later and they did without an issue. I went back and purchased a few more items that were custom made and every delivery was white glove service. I love this store and how professional they are. Can’t wait to have a reason to go back.”

“I ordered a custom Cisco Brothers coffee table, and could not have been more pleased with the level of service I received from Urban Natural Home. All communication was quick, friendly and transparent. When a delivery issue came up, which was not under their control, they went above and beyond to fix the problem. I recommend Urban Natural Home highly for their product knowledge and excellent customer service.”

“It was worth the drive from Doylestown PA to Urban Natural--and that should say it all (because it was quite a drive). Additionally, the showroom and the help of the owner in making clever decisions and offering a good price were invaluable experiences. Quality, one of a kind furniture at reasonable prices with a helpful staff. Would love to come again. By the way, we made great decisions, and love our beautiful furniture.”
