“Urban rider do not appear to have enough staff to man their telephone service,it cuts out early and no one picks up. This comment added after six attempts to speak to someone. I have sent an email containing details of my complaint, but do not expect a speedy response if their phone service is anything to go by. I have been chasing this problem since Christmas?”
