“Only one star because the way Urban Accents do business is creepy. The shipping charge was $ 11-12, it was NOT mentioned in the charges UNTIL AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED. i WROTE/EMAIL TO CANCEL MY ORDER BUT STILL GOT SENT.”

Niki- HI this is not how the website normally works. You should have the ability to see shipping in your cart before you finalize order. Hi - I too have had favorites rotated out...and i'm an owner . I guess we have unique taste! You can always contact customer service and ask them if the spice has been moved to another product form. we can sometimes point you to a retailer that still has stock. Jim

“Excellent: I am in process of rehabbing a home in which I did not want to replace the cabinets, but only the hardware. Urban Accents were able to perfectly match the existing hardware which was a great improvement with a reasonable cost. The young lady and gentleman that I spoke with were very helpful. Thank you. “bought it on groupon for $30. then was charged another $15 shipping through company after. thought I was getting a lot more then actually showed up. I wouldn't have paid over $10 for the seasonings if I would have known what I was ending up with”

Hi- the groupon offer clearly stated that shipping was not included- but we understand your frustration. The offer was greatly discounted off of our regular prices so we couldnt afford to throw shippping in too. Check the website - we often offer free shipping for promotions.
