“Great product and great service. After ordering from another company, waiting over a month and then my emails being ignored I had to find a replacement gift quickly for my husband. Urban gifts had the same thing in, a plectrum press, the Delivery was fast and the gift was well packaged. I’ll definitely be looking at what else there is to buy now! Thank you for saving the day.”

“I ordered the salt and pepper bots, the pepper bot didn't wind up so the team kindly sent out a bother set,but unfortunately the pepper bot in that too didn't last one time of winding..the leg became loose. Also ordered a personalised man's cave gift. The font hand uncleaned areas at the sides n looked a bit shabby from close. Only the kids construction cutlery turned out to be good. But it's a bit expensive for a set of cutlery. Overall, the team was quite nice and helpful but the products were a bit expensive for the quality.”

“It was bought as a gift so I couldn't unwrap it to check it out, but speed of delivery was excellent, and outward appearance was good. Just lose the plastic cellophane around it as its unnecessary.”

“A very modern item which would have looked fantastic in my lounge however it didn’t work. Despite trying three different (new) batteries I could not bring it to life. During a moment of disappointment and stress the clock was dropped to the ground which clearly precludes sending it back. Very disappointed but lesson learned.”
