“Really lovely people however to be honest, I ordered a gift. It was late. I called to enquire. I was given the loveliest platitude and told they would send another one. Which I was delighted with. The “other one” never came, my suspicion was they forgot to send the original. Love the product but don’t appreciate being taken for a fool.”
