“This was my first order and it was smooth. Shipment was on time and trackable the whole way to Texas. Also, the product selection for my VW GTI Mk5 2.0T FSI is stellar. The website structure makes it easy to find things without having to search through 100's of results. And the common mods and buyer info guides were excellent.”

“Why is it so difficult to access my gift card from a in-store credit return that was processed days ago it makes no sense !! I just Waisted Over a hour periodically to try to look threw emails and go threw my account to figure this out TOTAL WAIST OF TIME”

“Got aftermarket black washer fluid cap to eliminated the light blue original to clean up the bay! Appreciate the quick and fast shipping. Have carbon fiber mirror caps on the way as well can’t wait to get them installed as well. Thanks Urotuning!”

“I always order after market or oem parts from here because it’s super easy. Just put in year make and model and everything that’s comes up fits. Never had any issues with receiving the wrong part or something not fitting correctly. They ship out pretty fast as well. Wether or not I get it quickly is up to ups.”

“Trash coilovers and when I reported it the service was trash they made it hell just to get the refund. They referred me to a whole other company while they had my order number the whole time. Then when i got to the right company they made it hell. Which makes sense for companies to have bad service they didnt want to lose money. Wish things would have went better ordered from another euro company and its been nice they charge more but the return/parts replace policies way easy.”
