“My Apple wallet defaulted to an old shipping address. After completing my order I called Urotuning immediately to have the address chagned. I was able to get ahold of someone who said he changed the address however it didn't change, and the part went to my old address. I now have no part and was not able to redirect the package with no additional help from Urotuning.”

“I ordered a set of KW V1 coilovers for over $1,600 with an estimated delivery date of 8/16. Instead of having my order delivered, I recieved a call from the courrier on 8/19 that what had been shipped to me was nothing but an empty box and could not be delivered to me. Looking over the shipping information, it listed the item weight as 3lbs...where a set of coilovers would normally weight around 30lbs. I contacted customer support and was told they needed to contact the supplier. I recieved an independent response via email stating that they could not do anything until the package (that was deemed undeliverable by the courrier) was delivered. They would not send out another set of coilovers or refund my money. It has now been a week since I have last heard from anyone at Urotuning, almost two weeks past when the package should've been delivered, and I am out $1,600 and never recieved the items purchased. I have been left no choice but to contact my bank to dispute the transaction and wait to get back the money that never should've been spent on the empty box that was sent to me in the first place.”

Hello Bryan, Thank you for the feedback regarding your recent experience. We are actively working with KW to have a replacement order made and sent your way. There is a FedEx claim in process currently. We have communicated this with you via email as we have received updates from KW. Once the claim is completed the replacement set will be sent your way. If you no longer want the replacement kit, please contact our support team so we can have the replacement canceled and a refund processed instead.

“Experience purchase was very good. I understand that Urotuning had send out the product fairly quick however the shipping courier is extreme slow. Place the order since August 6, this review is on August 26 and have not receive the item.”

Hello Pisit! Thank you for your feedback regarding your order. Your package has shipped with USPS First Class International, which does not offer a time guarantee to Thailand. That service can take between 4-6 weeks to some international countries. We would highly recommend bumping up to at least Priority Mail International on future orders, as they typically deliver in 6-10 business days, for a relatively small price increase overall.
