“Customer service was great! My first package came in damaged. I emailed the service line and they couldn’t have been any nicer. They replaced the damaged box and I received the new delivery in less than a week.”

“First and foremost, your customer service is absolutely amazing. I had issues with delivery due to moving and a post man telling our post office that we had a change of address (which we didn’t yet as we hadn’t fully moved) and i never received my package. It was shipped back to seller. After contacting CS, I received a response under 24 hours and had a new package shipped out to my new address almost immediately. Thank you Kyle!!! Now on to the good stuff : i am obsessed with these products! I could never find a good setting spray that suited my skin. I received the watermelon burst in a box and ever since I am HOOKED. The smell is absolutely amazing, and my makeup lasts ALL day. I typically get oily after a few hours of wearing my makeup, but I can go all day now with out a problem. I am obsessed!”

“I tested my new ciate liquid lipsticks for PFAS via water resistancy, and was disappointed with the results. I hope Ciate moves towards PFAS free products, and avoids talc, due to asbestos contamination.”

“As far as products, i love them more than i expected to! The colors and quality are phenomenal! My NO FILT-HER was broken. When i opened the compact it all fell out in my lap but i emailed the customer service department and they’re looking into it. I also messaged Christine and she assured me it will be handled! Otherwise completely SATISFIED and in love! ♥️”
