“If I could give no stars I would. My package was missing, when I contacted customer service, there was no response. I waited a few days and contacted customer service, they finally replied stating that they'll reissue the missing lipsticks. I was instructed to provide alternative shipping address, and since then I've heard nothing back. It's been over 2 weeks and still no package. I will be filing a claim with my bank.”

“Well as of now, you guys get one star. First time ordering from you and you already screwed up. Email says product arrived today. It didn’t. But says it was delivered to NJ. I live in WA. I’d like what I paid for or my money back please.”

“The glitter pop lip product was not at all what it was advertised. Once it dries, it starts flaking off and the colors are different than expected, they are kind of white and milky. It looks like I put chalk on my lips. I might need to take my review to social media if US Ciate London doesn’t feel like allowing returns.”

“For the price of the lipstick it should be a better quality. It's not long lasting, the pigment is not great. For a $20 liquid lipstick I would expect more than what I got quality wise. I won't be buying another product again. I had a bad experience with another quality”

“The colors are not even close to what was showed as an example, my brush looks very very used, and it was so drying on my lips I couldn't press and roll them to get the pop. Overall very very disappointed”
