“I sent an email explaining that I wasn’t unable to review my order and didn’t receive one of the glitter lipsticks free. No one ever replied. I overpaid for the products I received and the lipstick is VERY DRYING! Unless this matte is resolved, I will not purchase again.”

“I order three items on 11/23/18 and it took nearly three weeks to get shipped and delivered to me. I had to reach out three different times to get a response on when my items would ship. And still, I got no answer as to why it took so long for my items to ship. I did get an apology, which was nice, but the customer service was lacking. I really love Ciate products and was happy to order more, I just wish I would have received better customer service.”

“I ordered the color spinning teacup nail polish because I used up the one I had. When I received the new bottle I found the color is not the same at all. The newest one is much lighter than the one I had.”

“Lipstick received in just a few days. Color is nowhere near the color shown the ad. There is absolutely no glitter in the lipstick. Pretty disappointed!”

“While I THINK I will like the Glitter Flip, I don't know if I will get the opportunity! I purchased a color that doesn't match my complexion. It is unopened, unused as per the website directions. I have 14 days to return it for exchange. However, I have not heard back from customer service! I emailed my dilemma a few days ago (FAQs on the website said to if in need of returns). I still have not heard and I am running out of the 14 days!”

“I first tried the wet eye liner through my Ipsy subscription and loved it. Unfortunately, when I ordered it through your web sight and tried it, the product was not like how it was when I first tried it. It was dry and hard on the tip. Wished it was like the first one I tried.”

“My first experience with Ciate London was through my ipsy bag, and I loved that eyeliner enough to buy one from Ciate directly. But I got maybe one use out of the one I bought before it essentially dried out.”
