“I placed my order on 3/2/19 & my credit card was charged that same day. I got an email saying that I would be notified once my order had shipped. A full week later, I never got a confirmation email & had to reach out to customer service myself. I didn't get a response until 3/11 saying they would look into it, and finally on 3/15, I got a response saying they couldn't ship to my home address which I've never had a problem with. I verified that I had typed my address in correctly, but it still didn't work, so I provided them with a new address on 3/19. I had to follow up 3 more times before I finally got confirmation on 3/25 that the new address worked in their system. I got my order on 3/28 - a full 26 days from when they charged me (not the 2 day shipping I was promised) & with me having to reach out 8 different times to customer service. I love the products but they are not worth this hassle.”

“Disappointed. Ordered shipped from NJ, had to pay a separate international fee to the company. Was supposed to be BOGO, only received 3 instead of 4. No one to contact. Some colors were meh, not like pictured and product drying. Overall, never again.”
