“I cannot review the product because I haven't received it. It's been almost 3 weeks since my purchase and according to the tracking information, the package hasn't even shipped yet. I've just sent off my 2nd email regarding this and have requested a refund as part of the order was supposed to be a gift. So far, no word from Ciate as to what happened.”

“I'm a girl who loves a lot of sparkle. You can never have too much of it, I dont care what time of day it is! So when I found these lipsticks I was so excited I bought 3 of them. Candy. Valentine. And Undressed. NONE of them were the color shown online. I don't really expect things to look EXACTLY how they do online but these lipsticks weren't even close... i'll never wear them. Super disappointing.”

“I ordered the extraordinary foundation but in the wrong shade! I emailed customer service and they sent me the right shade I needed and i didn't even have to send the other one back! They have a great policy!”

“Ended up being a bit darker and more on the gray side. Ordered whisper was hoping it would be a little bit more mauve toned. It's also a bit of a dry formula. I do like the Sparkles is happy with the highlighter that was sent to me as well.”

“Ok. I was really hoping to love this after seeing Hannah Martin wear it on YouTube and Instagram. But even though I sheer it out with a thinner foundation and only use a little,it looks a little cakey onmy mature skin. I’ll keep experimenting though. It’s a great value.”
