“I ordered the color spinning teacup nail polish because I used up the one I had. When I received the new bottle I found the color is not the same at all. The newest one is much lighter than the one I had.”

“I've used Ciate london for awhile and love the products. First tried CL though Ipsy and have been hooked since. This latest purchase was made as Christmas gifts for my sister. Hope she loves CL products as much as I do.”

“The colors are very pigmented and applied smooth. However, I didn't like how Hollywood applied, it came out a little patchy. But iconic and siren are beautiful.”

“Hello! I recently purchased your extraordinary translucent powder. After receiving a sample in my Ipsy bag last month, I was hooked. I patiently waited until it came back in stock on your website and was so excited when if finally came in the mail today. When I opened the package I was disappointed to see that the fill level looked as if it was only half full. I know that settling can occur during shipping but it looks like it is only half full under the plastic sifter. I have purchased many other powders with similar packaging and have never had this problem before. I just want you to be aware that your machines may be faulty in measuring the product when packaging so that your other customers do not experience the same disappointment that I did today. I still love your products, I just wish that I received the proper amount.”

“Really disappointed with my first time ordering from Ciate London. They sent the wrong items in my order. Instead of the Glitter Storm palette and the Dewy Stix I ordered, I got a mascara and 2 mini nail polishes. I wrote to customer service several times, but there has been no response. I wanted to wear the Glitter Storm palette to holiday parties, so the poor customer service is really disappointing.”

“The Glitter Flip lipsticks are long-lasting, have great color/glitter payoff, and come in an array of gorgeous colors. If the quality of these is indicative of the quality of the rest of their products, then I highly recommend them.”

“Stays on for a long time. Colors are great. Only down side is that it can be very drying on the lips. Hard to fix once its applied on the lips.”
