“Received package with absolutely no product. I wrote to customer service immediately. Even sent pics of damaged, empty envelope. I have yet to get a response.”

“I was excited to get the seemingly high quality, beautiful lip color flips because I ride a sport bike to work and the idea of the lip color staying without transferring to anything, my hand, my helmet, or otherwise was great. But alas, it did not ever dry and I didn’t overdo it, but all day it came off especially when I took my helmet off but even hours later while eating food/drinking etc. The color lasts but the whole concept of why I bought them didn’t which is for it not to smear.”

“I cannot give this product a good rating. The colors do not translate as they appear on the ad. I’ve tried three colors and can’t wear any of them. The glitter is ok... but not what expected”

“They don’t respond to emails when you are trying to check on your order. I got an email a week ago that it shipped but the website still shows USPS hasn’t even received the order yet. Super disappointed”
