“I like it, colors are a little bright which are not exactly me but I have found ways to tone that down. Messy to apply the applicator is not the best and I usually end up with it all over my hands. Overall nice product just don’t think I would purchase again.”

“You quote your prices in US$ and, in my experience with other online purchases, I expected my credit card to have been charged your posted price in US$. That was not the case and my credit card company charged me a currency conversion fee. Had I known your procedure I would have used a card that does not charge a currency conversion fee. I can understand the advantage of quoting a fixed price in local currency but would like to see a footnote explaining that a currency conversion fee may be charged.”

“This was my first time ordering from Ciate and I was not disappointed. Shipping and shipping time was fantastic. My products arrived in one piece and well packaged. The quality feel of the products is great. Is is my favorite brand...no. But I would definitely recommend them for more than just a few products. I can't wait to see what they develop next.”

“I placed my order 2 weeks ago. I was notified it was delivered five days ago- however I have not received it. I have emailed the customer service department, they're very slow in responding. I do not recommend anyone purchasing their products online since this issue is yet to be resolved.”

“First let me say that this product is gorgeous! The reason for my poor review is the applicator. I purchased two different colors. I opened one of them and the tip of the applicator broke off inside the bottle. I didn’t even get the opportunity to try it out. Very disappointing:( I think that it would be better to have a felt tip applicator or a thin brush in any case.”

“I hate to say that I was extremely disappointed with my shadow flip eyeshadow, it does change color but does not stay on and flakes off all over, I have other cheaper sparkly cream eyeshadow that actually stays on”
