“ I love most of my products and they arrived surprisingly fast, but I needed to return something and the return policy is terrible, so I won’t be purchasing from here again. There are MANY beauty suppliers that don’t require returns to be completely unopened and don’t charge for return shipping. Now I’m stuck with an expensive product, in a color that I cannot wear. Very disappointing! ”

“ As soon as you open it, they do not accept returns. ”

“ The glitter pop lip product was not at all what it was advertised. Once it dries, it starts flaking off and the colors are different than expected, they are kind of white and milky. It looks like I put chalk on my lips. I might need to take my review to social media if US Ciate London doesn’t feel like allowing returns. ”
