“Well as of now, you guys get one star. First time ordering from you and you already screwed up. Email says product arrived today. It didn’t. But says it was delivered to NJ. I live in WA. I’d like what I paid for or my money back please.”

“The glitter pop lip product was not at all what it was advertised. Once it dries, it starts flaking off and the colors are different than expected, they are kind of white and milky. It looks like I put chalk on my lips. I might need to take my review to social media if US Ciate London doesn’t feel like allowing returns.”

“customer service is good! the first glitter lip shade i ordered looked so much lighter than what it showed online and was replaced without a fuss. they didnt ask me to return the product but they sent me another shade that looks better on me. however, the product itself did not meet my expectations. i applied 2 layers of the product since 1 layer looked very thin. the glitter is there when i pressed on my lips but it was so patchy. some parts of my lips looked chapped and to make it worse, it felt really dry. i want to love this product since this is Jeffree Starr approved but this is a NO for me 🤦‍♀️😑”

“I bought 5 of the Glitter Flip lip colors. I love the coverage and the glitter, my only complaint is that it doesn't hold up well while eating. There's a lot of transfer onto food, causing that lovely line on your chin, when it gets onto your sandwich, and then transfers onto the chin, with the next bite. Other than that, it's a great product!”
