“These colors DO NOT !!! Sparkle at all ,so disappointed in my purchase ,now I’m stuck with 2ugly colors that don’t sparkle .i wrote Ciate a email to find out if I can return or exchange but have heard nothing at this point :(”

“I was a bit disappointed. The color was brighter then I thought and it went on glittery so I did not get the matte to glitter like is advertised. I might want to try another color to give it one more chance. I was so excited to get my lipstick and was let down.”

“I emailed customer service regarding my order. I have received the WRONG INTEM and have not yet received any confirmation about when the right order will arrive. Very disappointed! I have sent so many emails to customer service and have received no response.”

“I ordered 4 lip glitter flips. I ADORE treo of them. The other two look hideous on me. I tried too return them, because there's no way I could wear them. Nope. No returns accepted, because I tried them. I guess I'll continue shopping for them from Sephora for spares of the two I love, so I'll have them in my purse too use. Very disappointed with Ciate.”

“I have yet to receive my product, and the issue has yet to be resolved. It’s been 4 days, and I have received one email back telling me to “double-check”. Obviously if I ordered and PAID for products I have checked with my neighbors, and family. I would like to receive my product or a refund, and have it addressed in a timely manner instead of days after I sent my first email.”

“The formula of the lipstick is great, but the applicator on both my lipsticks is messed up, making it impossible to apply the lipstick in an effective way. When I reached out to Ciate privately about this I received no response. The applicator wand is the most important tool. I'm super disappointed. :-(”

“I received a coupon code for BOGO glitter flip. The coupon worked, until I went to pay. Somehow the BOGO code disappeared, and before I noticed, I had hit "pay". I contacted customer support over a week ago and no response yet. I have had the opportunity to try out the lippies, and can report that this is the WORST product I have ever used on my lips. The glitter pay off was minimal after drying and pressing, and the texture is awful and drying. The worst part is I can't return the product due to Ciates return policy. Sigh.”

“I have requested a refund. this product is nothing like the video. It felt like dried mud on my lips, and left a strange pink tint on my lips that I could not get off. I was not happy at all with this product. Sorry!”

“My order is missing 2 of the Burnt Bundles & I have sent 3 emails trying to get the situation taken care of with NO response from Ciaté. Customer Service is horrible with this company and NO phone number to call to speak to a human. Buyers beware!!!”
